Return Policy

At AutozConcept, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience and your items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow you the option to return most products for credit, exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. In certain instances, where an item shows product packaging is missing or destroyed, a restocking fee may be applied. Please read and follow our return instructions carefully to help avoid restocking fees. Certain items are not returnable. Please see below for complete details regarding non-returnable items. AutozConcept Return Policy: All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Special order items are not refundable. All returns must be authorized by AutozConcept and must have an RMA number attached. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected. For a full refund of the merchandise price, products must be returned in new resalable condition showing no signs of wear. This means that product is in the same condition as when you received it. Please keep the original packaging, this is very important. All items must be returned with the original packing material complete with all original accessories. Returns that are missing the original box, bolts, gaskets, or other original accessories will be rejected with no refund given. Please make sure you double box your item, using all original packaging materials in order to protect it from shipping damage. Remember, you are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our warehouse. Returns damaged during shipping back to us will need to be claimed for insurance by you with the shipping carrier. Please make sure you keep your return shipping receipt and tracking information for this purpose. You will be reimbursed by the shipping carrier directly for the insurance claim. No refund will be issued by us for damaged item during the return process. Allow 5-10 business days for return processing. AutozConcept credit can be used immediately after we receive your return. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card. Other refunds are made with a company check, please allow additional time for mail delivery. If the application does not fit or unable to fit the specific model you purchased, detailed pictures for installation process are required to show any reasons of incapable installations. AutozConcept Return Instruction: 1) Fill out the *Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form completely HERE with all the information. (please type or print legibly) 2) Save the completed RMA form to your computer. 3) Email the completed form to sales@autozconcept.com with the subject "RMA Request". 4) A follow-up Email with the RMA request Form which contains an authorized RMA number will be sent to you. Please allow 3 business days for review process. 5) Print the completed RMA Form and attach it with the item and ship it back to us. *Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 7.0 or higher is required to open and save the RMA form, Click to Download. Please also insure the shipment when shipping. Return shipment without a tracking number or insurance and is lost or damaged during shipping will not be processed. Delivery Refusal: If an item is returned to our warehouse because it was refused or undeliverable, a 20% of the item price as the restocking fee will apply. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable in this case.
